Power-up your savings and apply for energy saving scheme

Homeowners in the South East, including Portsmouth, Gosport and Havant can benefit from warmer homes that are cheaper to run thanks to government funding secured by Portsmouth City Council.

Eligible households can apply now to access free energy saving upgrades such as insulation, solar panels, and air source heat pumps ahead of winter.

Mr Taylor in Portsmouth received a free air source heat pump through the scheme. He said:

“The process was very easy and was a lot quicker than I expected. Submitting my application was easy and straight forward.

“Everything was left clean and tidy with all work being completed to a high standard. I can feel a big difference in my home, it stays warmer for longer and takes less time to heat up. Everything works well and the installers showed me how to operate the system effectively.

“I have had a great experience with this scheme and would highly recommend others apply.”
