What is on offer?

ECHO (Emergency Central Heating Offer) offers emergency assistance to those who need it. If you have a broken or condemned boiler you may be eligible for help.

During the winter, a lack of heating and hot water can have a severe impact on your health and well being.

The service is available to residents living in Portsmouth Gosport and Havant.

How does it work?

ECHO is provided by AgilityEco in partnership with Portsmouth City Council. The initiative is funded by five energy companies through the Warm Home Discount Industry Initiative Scheme.

Am I eligible?

Thousands of Portsmouth, Gosport and Havant homeowners will be eligible for a free boiler repair or replacement.

There is a criteria that residents must fall within in order to quality for the ECHO scheme
