Who is this available to?

The Freephone advice line is available to all Portsmouth residents. There is no eligibility criteria and there is no limit to how many times you can call.

What is the freephone?

Switched on Portsmouth are currently partnered with the Environment Centre to offer the Freephone line service which is available to all Portsmouth residents. Anyone can call between 09:00-17:00 and will be put through to one of our expert energy advisors.

What does the freephone offer?

The Freephone provides the below services:

One-to-one information, advice and support to help reduce energy bills.

Making onwards referrals to energy saving schemes and services available to Portsmouth households where identified as eligible, such as the Warmer Homes Programme and LEAP.
