The Great British Insulation Scheme aims to provide funding for insulating households and has a very broad eligibility criteria.
What’s available?
Full funding is available for:
- Cavity wall insulation
- Loft insulation
Partial funding is available for:
- Flat roof insulation
- Park home insulation
- Pitched roof insulation
- Room-in-roof insulation
- Solid floor insulation
- Solid wall insulation
- Underfloor insulation
Who is it available to?
The programme is open to owner-occupiers and privately rented properties. The property will also have to meet the below criteria:
- Property must be in council tax bands A-D
- Have an EPC D, E, F or G
