Home energy efficiency upgrades – Supplier (ECO)

Who is this available to?

The programme is open to owner-occupiers, private rental tenants and landlords. If you meet the following eligibility criteria, then please apply now using the form at the bottom of this page! This programme is funded by energy companies.

Owner-occupier properties must have an EPC rating of D, E, F or G.

Privately rented properties must have an EPC rating of E, F or G

And

The occupier of the property must have either

A total household annual income below £31,000

Or:

Receive a means-tested benefit or meet the eligibility criteria specified in your local authority’s ECO flexible eligibility ‘statement of intent’ – Yet to be published.

How do I get home energy efficiency upgrades?

The home energy efficiency upgrades are funded by obligated energy companies. You will need to contact the energy company directly in order to apply for the scheme. Click here to find a list of obligated energy suppliers. You don’t have to choose the supplier you are currently with.

Alternatively, you may be contacted directly by installers to have measures installed on your home. Be conscious of scams and contact us at hello@switchedonportsmouth.co.uk if you are unsure about an installer who is contacting you.
