Through a number of partnerships Portsmouth City Council were able to offer Cynthia expert advice which lead to a number of energy saving measures being offered at no cost.


This included:

  • Free low energy LED lighting
  • Free energy efficiency advice
  • Free loft insulation
  • A more cost-effective energy tariff
  • Income and benefits

In total Cynthia received £4,200 worth of home energy improvements which deliver her an annual saving of £3,740 including increased income.
