Private tenant

If you live in a property and pay rent to a landlord then you are probably a private tenant. Typically private tenants will pay rent on a monthly or weekly basis and may be required to pay an annual service charge and/or ground rent if the property is a leasehold.

Save energy. Save money.

Portsmouth City Council works closely with the Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP for short) to offer eligible residents a completely FREE energy and money saving service.
